So there%26#039;s all this talk of a tax credit this year, that is still awaiting approval in our government. But I%26#039;m curious about two things.
1. It won%26#039;t be approved to effectiveness til May, does that mean we have to file twice now?
and
2. do you think it should include extended unemployment benefits?? This seems to be the big debate and hold up in the process.

Unemployment benefits and the rebate issue do not have anything to do with each other.

well, they have approved it and the unemployment is not included. As for filing twice, that is not what is going to happen. They will wait until you file your taxes. That is how they will know how much you will get. If you don%26#039;t file, you don%26#039;t receive anything. They are basing it on how much you make, how much you paid in and how much your tax liability is. Good luck.
